    Dear beloved guest, it’s going to the end of September. Fortunately, we want to inform you that… We will extend our 18th Anniversary dish till the END OF THE YEAR!!
    For those who missed it or loved it, do drop by for a 3 Course Menu for $68!! We’re in 85 Club Street.
    Since 1998, L’Angelus has remained faithful to Club Street, celebrating with a never-ending passion what we think French ” art de vivre” and gastronomy should be about. To celebrate with panache this 18th anniversary, enjoy our special menu showcasing a blend of classics that made our restaurant famous and creations from our chef Reynaldo, a true passionate of French cuisine that spend years in France training with the bests. A modest but sincere way to say ” thank you ” to Singapore and to our many faithful customers without whom we would have been nothing but history.

    Le Carillon is proud to carry in exclusivity for Singapore the Jean Vesselle range of fabulous boutique  champagnes. This estate, family run since generations, is located in Bouzy, the birthplace of the best Grands Crus.

    Their fabulous rosés comes from vineyards located in Les Riceys, famous for growing wonderful pinot noir.

    We offer two rosés to spend a lazy Saturday evening along peaceful and car-free  Club Street :

    Rosé de Saignée: a traditional method where the skins are briefly macerated with the juice, thus giving not only this marvelously pinkish color but also unique flavours of berries so characteristic of an elegant rosé champagne.

    Rosé demi-sec friandise : by adding a touch of grape sugar to their existing rosé, Delphine Vesselle, the wine maker of the family, has carved a surprisingly refreshing cuvée, full of crunch, bite and tender sweetness. Like walking into a confectionary shop…

    At 68$ (++) a bottle, what more could  we do to make you happy?

    We searched and found for you some exceptional bottles from the last century . Talbot 1990, Rauzan Segla 1988, Beychevelle 1990, Domaine de Chevalier 1990, Branaire Ducru 1989 or Léoville Poyferré 1988 to name a few. All have reached their peak and are pure marvels to savour. Even the price is delicious, check on our wine list!
