Truly French since 1998 !

Set up in 1998 in a typical shophouse along Club Street, in the heart of historical Chinatown, l’Angelus has become one of the most authentic and highly appreciated French restaurants in the region, thanks to its reputation of genuine consistency. Recently awarded the label “Restaurateurs de France”, L’Angélus values the French gastronomy by offering French traditional cooking of high quality-using products mostly air flown directly from Rungis France- and a unique wine list, full of gems for lovers of older vintages, in a décor evoking those charming little restaurants nested in a corner of Paris.

L’Angélus kitchen is currently headed by chef Reynaldo Paulinho Arriola. Trained at the Shatec school in Singapore, chef Reynaldo has learned with the best in France for over 12 years, working with renowned chefs like Thierry Marx in  Chateau Cordelian Bages and in prestigious “maisons” such as the Royal Club in Evian. Reynaldo’s inspired traditional cooking is full of surprises and a perfect example of how modern technics can enhance classic French cuisine L’Angélus has been famous for since 1998.
