L’Angélus’s kitchen is headed by Chef Benjamin Yip, who is known for his adherence to consistency towards French cuisine classique and stresses the importance of fresh ingredients of the highest quality.
Chef Ben’s inspired traditional cooking is full of pleasant surprises and a perfect example of how fresh ingredients can enhance classical French cuisine that L’Angélus has been famous for since 1998.
Our Group Head Sommelier, Guillaume Pace who leads the curating and handling for most of our wine selections will also be glad to assist you with the organisation of private & corporate wine tastings or wine dinners at our restaurants, based on your requirements.
The service team is led by our General Manager Christopher Roch, who provides friendly, warm & knowledgeable service together his team.
